| Job Description: |
AllZone Tech. is looking for an HR executive (Experience 2-3 years ) for it’s Johar Town Lahore office. This position comes with market competitive salary along with other benefits. Following are the major requirements:
- Candidate should be proficient in communication and must be able to develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
- Should have 2-3 years of hands on experience in a software house.
- Should be able to develop training and development programs and to help in performance management processes.
- Ideal candidate should be able to work on policy making and implementation.
- Must have hands on experience in handling employee records as per policies and legal requirements.
- Should have hands on experience in HR functions (Payroll, benefits etc).
- Proficient in MS office and preferred to have experience in HRMS.
- Should possess at least bachelor degree in relevant field.
