Job Description: |
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the digital marketing space for Joyland and its various brands.
He/she must oversee and work with the design team to strategize, develop and implement digital campaigns, advertise on digital platforms, analyze digital data and metrics while also work with brand managers to design for traditional marketing and ground events.
Responsibilities
- Sound know-how of the digital marketing portfolio, including SEO, SEM, local listings, social media, mobile/app marketing and video marketing.
- Well versed with content marketing and its various tools & techniques for effective online marketing to increase followers and grow footfall.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns with the HOD as aligned with the brand AOPs. Employ digital advertising in line with business goals, select and monitor metrics that best evaluate compliance.
- Knowledge of online marketing analytics for various digital platforms to monitor performance and evaluate results across each. Modify and refine campaigns and specific digital communication, in light of the findings, to meet target goals.
- Knowledge of video production, including concept, scripting and editing. Experience of professional photography for striking and high quality visual marketing.
- Creative thinking and design capabilities to develop targeted, relevant and compelling creatives both for brand building and specific marketing programs.
- Strong communication skills to create and develop content across diverse marketing channels i.e. digital marketing, offline content, PR etc.
- Awareness of online market research e.g. online surveys, data input forms etc. to record, plot and analyze primary research data, apply it to improve online marketing programs to achieve desired results.
- Strong at 360 design capabilities to design and develop creatives for ground campaigns/events and traditional marketing e.g. print material, OOH etc.
Competencies and Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat Professional
- Strong understanding of digital production
- Experience in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads and social media applications
- Windows office software including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
