Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The following are the main responsibilities that the role holder will be accountable for:

1.      Supply Chain

  • Purchasing of monthly office supplies
  • Vendor identification
  • Vendor payments

2.      Services


  1. Maintenance of offices tube lights, bulbs, AC repairs, water leaks etc.
  2. Timely maintenance of offices furniture
  3. Time water refilling and service of offices UPS
  4. Operate the photocopier, copying, scanning, spiral bindings
  5. Maintenance of photocopier and printers i.e. filing paper trays, Machines cleaning
  6. preparing conference room for all meetings



3.      Other



  1. Responsible for maintaining own professional development.
  2. To comply with organization’s policies and procedures in undertaking the above roles and responsibilities.
  3. To undertake any other reasonable duties that are consistent with the job and at its level of responsibility as and when required by line management.
  4. Take part in any cross organizational groups or learning sets which are appropriate to the job role



PERSON SPECIFICATION


It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as the commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promotes or encourages SEAH.


Essential:


Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications


·          Minimum Middle, Matric will be Prefer.


·         Strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality in one’s work.


·         Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities


·         Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills,


·         Ability to work with a range of senior managers, peers and build smooth working relationships


Experience


  • Minimum one-year work experience in the relevant field.

Key Personal Qualities


·         Able to maintain composure - acting in a calm and measured way, in difficult situations.


·         Has a positive demeanor and disposition,


·         Have a learning attitude and a continuous improvement philosophy.


Desirable:


·         Relevant experience of working with humanitarian/development sector/INGOs


·         Locals of Sindh & Candidates having a working knowledge of Sindhi language will be given preference
