| Job Description: |
- Visit the BRTS/Feeder routes stations and Sale points to collect the cash on daily basis.
- Sorting of Collected cash, compiling in bundles and deposit in designated Branch
- Prepare strategy for the cash collection activity for over weekend, gazette holidays and subsequently after holiday.
- In case of any abnormality during the activity, Immediate Communicate to Sr. Executive for the further action.
- Keeping observing the Cash in transit limit during the activity, if feel any risk regarding breach of insurance limit, transfer the collected cash to office and make 2nd trip for the completion of activity
- Coordination with bank representatives for the smooth deposit and transfer of collected cash.
Collection Reporting
- Preparation of daily cash log register, review from Finance Executive and Checked by department control
- Preparation of Daily Cash collection report
- Preparation of Station wise insurance limit sheet to observe the station vault and Cash in Transit insurance limit.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
