  • Kaizen from the start has dedicatedly perused a mission for putting smart investment decisions in client’s hands. Kaizen is developing a high-end real estate projects with a large blue chip Industrial group.

Sales Executive

  • Lease & sale property. Handle different real estate projects.

What is expected from you:

  • Handle different aspects of real estate work.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
  • Conduct surveys / research on Real Estate in market
  • Present a complete report for the assigned clients
  • Co-ordinate with clients on regular basis
  • Co-ordinate appointments to show property to perspective clients
  • Review plans to clients, recommend them best options & features

Who we are looking for:

  • Confident, polite and pleasant personality to deal good with clients
  • Must be graduate & have good command on Ms. Office & basic computer skills
  • Have clear views for property to represent a clear persuasive picture to clients
  • Must be a good negotiator & mediator to convince clients
  • Accompany clients during meeting advising them the best suitability
