Branch manager sales required in Islamabad based takaful company. An applicant with a minimum of 24years of graduate will be preferred with minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales/financial services/Banca/insurance who can help our business grow more efficiently.

  Job responsibilities:

• Provide training, coaching, developing, and motivating the employees
• Maintain contact and friendly relationships with the customer and employees
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
• Provide guidelines on  customer services and sales skills Negotiating and resolve the problem if needed
