| Job Description: |
We are looking for a reliable Recovery Officer for Vehicle Tracking.You will be responsible for recovering theft/stolen cases vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage & execute recovery strategy to achieve recovery targets.
- Arrive at work on time daily (12 hours), ready for duty when shift starts;
- To deposit collected payments within 24 hours, Visit Bank for getting payment & Bill
- Recording all the visits / activity in the hand held device ( Daily Visit Report)
- Raising the bills to banks and getting our payment.
- Take care of following Office Vehicles (especially Recovery Vehicle)
- Record all mileage along with maintain vehicle conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recovery officer
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Apt in negotiating and persuading
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
