Job Description:

  • Candidate from FMCG is Preferable, Basic Salary + Incentive + Fuel will be Provided, Candidate must have own Bike or Vehicle.

  • To execute sales plan as given by the Sales Manager.

  • Direct visit to customers from domestic, commercial and industry and get sales to achieve the targets.

  • Daily 10 - 15 visits are must and collect data from owners, electricians, contractors, commercial plaza and construction companies.

  • To retain existing customers and develop new businesses in the assigned territories.

  • Responsible for building the rapport through strong customer satisfaction and ensuring timely deliveries with quality material.

  • Plan and delegate weekly tasks/targets to the subordinates, develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets.

  • Interdepartmental correspondence for rate approvals & stocks availability with sales and Warehouse team.

  • Submitting weekly reports related to the target achievement.

  • Negotiate rates and finalize deals with clients according to company policy.
