Job Description:

Appointment - Additional Director Marketing

Qualification - MBA/MS (Marketing)

DHAB Pay Grade - 19

Experience - Minimum 10 – 15 years relevant experience in the field of

Marketing & Sales (preferably in Real Estate) including 5 years in Senior Management/ Leadership positions in large Private/ Public Sector organizations.

Job Description:

1. To coordinate and issue directions to Officers / Staff, for functioning of Marketing Branch and ensure that every task is completed by respective officer in desired fashion and as per DHA Policy.

2. To ensure maintenance of record of marketing branch.

3. To coordinate with ISPR through W&R Dte about all promotions and advertisement.

4. To attend meetings and discuss, recommend and decide about any marketing matter, if required.

5. To ensure that any deviation from the policy is brought to the notice of PD before it is finalized.

6. Receives instructions from PD and pass it on to subordinate officers/ staff and ensures its implementation.

7. Is responsible for development and implementation of marketing plan.

8. To resolve issues pertaining to marketing matters amicably.

9. To coordinate with Finance Directorate for matters related to Marketing.

10. Act as Advisor to PD DHA on all marketing matters and perform any other task assigned by PD DHA Bahawalpur.
