At Uptek we are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with the team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.  

Responsibilities:

• Leading project planning sessions
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
• Creating and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation, detailed reports for executives
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong working knowledge of Project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  Schedule:

• Afternoon shift ( 6 pm - 2 am )
• Monday to Friday
