| Job Description: |
To Coordinate with Sr. Export Executive in day-to-day Running Activities of the Section.
- To prepare, update and maintain the Order Sheet in Excel.
- To Coordinate with Factory for getting updated information of Goods Delivery.
- To maintain Files and Folders with updated documents.
- To prepare the Reports and analytical presentations as required.
- To make Foreign Tour Plans for the Management and coordinate accordingly.
- To coordinate for Air Tickets and Accommodation for foreign trips of Management.
- BBA / MBA (Preferably in Marketing / SCM)
- Expertise are required in MS Office (WORD / EXCEL), ERP / SAP Knowledge will be preferred.
- Sound command in using Official research work on Internet.
- Must possess very good interpersonal & Correspondence Skills.
- Good of handling & Filing of documentation.
