| Job Description: |
- Processing the Daily Disbursements & W/H Tax matters.
- Processing of Airlines Payments including the finalization of sales report with local & foreign airlines.
- Monitoring the verification of sales reports of customers & ensuring timely collection from customers.
- Verification of operational data in CMC & posting in Financial.
- Preparation of Monthly Accounts & related reports.
- Preparation of Annual Accounts & related reports.
- Working of Annual Tax Returns.
- Preparation of Cash flows & related reports (projected & actual) on monthly basis.
- Preparation of feasibility reports.
- Compilation of data / record for different management expenditure.
- Preparation of different details in compliance of notices of FBR & PRA.
- Preparation of different reports as per management instructions.
- Ensuring timely e-filing of Monthly W/H Tax Statements, annual W/H Tax returns on FBR Portal, Monthly submission of PRA & FBR sales tax returns.
- Processing of payroll including the calculation of employees’ tax, arrears & deductions.
- Getting the FBR & Financial audits.
- Liaison with land lord & legal department for finalization of rent agreements.
- Preparation of complete documents & liaison with the banks for issuance & renewal of credit lines for bank guarantees & other financing facilities.
- CAA issuance & renewal of GSA certificates for foreign airlines.
- Getting the renewal of general & vehicle insurances.
- Preparation of short financial SOPs for smoothening the day to day operations etc.
