(i) To ensure collection and maintenance of personal records of all employees in the soft and hard form
(ii) Ensuring creation and updating of personnel files of all staff of the designated region
(iii) Maintain record of selection, transfer, promotion and resignations etc and ensuring the regular updation on ERP
(iv) Ensuring regular updating of staff database in HR software/excel (complete information of every individual staff e.g new joiners, leaver, transfers, promotion and resignations, etc.
(v) Ensuring completion of joining formalities and other documents to the recruited workforce.
(vi) Active involvement in the employee induction and rectifying the issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
(vii) Dealing with staff in terms of processing the job offers, new contracts, renewals, resignations/departure of staff, terminations letters, final settlement and obtaining their clearance from required departments.
