Pak Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges require services of Human Resource Officer for Head Office Islamabad. 

We are looking for HR Officer who must perform following duties.

·         Developing of HR polices & procedure as per need and requirement.

·         Developing organizational culture and formulate strategies regarding it.

·         Handling recruitment process which includes Job posting, shortlisting & conducting interviews. Selection and induction of approved positions on the recommendation of selection committee formed by the competent authority.

·         Handling the attendance system.

·         Issuing warning, appointment, other related letters to employees

·         Organizing motivational events for the employees

·         Planning orientation plan at time of new hiring

·         Executing performance Appraisal activity to once in a year

·   Managing and maintaining employee files. Maintaining record of all employees’ testimonials, including CNIC, domicile, education/experience, degrees/certificates and to get the employment affidavit signed by each employee.

·         Maintaining the leave record of the employees.

·         Handling employee grievances, managing daily employee related issues and resolving them. Resolving and managing operational, behavioral and HR related issues of all the departments. Discussing them with higher management.

·        Maintaining the discipline and bringing the conflicts or disciplinary issue to authorities through the proper channel.

·         Coordinating the transportation matters employees.

·   Dealing with all kinds of company registration affairs, corporate and government communications. Liaison role.
