MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for implementation and efficient roll out of task management projects and initiatives.
• Responsible for developing content in alignment with company culture and industry best practices related to task management activities.
• Responsible for continuous research and study regarding various processes with key insight to bring efficiency in the current processes.
• Generating implementable ideas for task management related interventions, software’s and tools while ensuring market intelligence and best practices complementing hybrid work environment model.
• Support in creating strategies and programs to organize team’s efficiency with key insight to various interventions for effective time and task management.
• Support in developing performance monitoring guidelines for effective and quality Monthly / Bi-monthly Performance check ins.
• Responsible for follow up and continuous improvement of task management related processes and projects.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: Professional degree in Human Resources or Project Management

Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
