Job Description: |
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s request.
- Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated/relevant departments.
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Answer customer queries professionally to provide information about products, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels like Telephone, Email, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Duo, etc.
