| Job Description: |
- Record expenses for all group companies in QuickBooks Online
- Record and reconcile all inter-company transactions with proper record-keeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within assigned deadline
- Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Prepare monthly management reports and streamline the reporting process
- Assist management with adhoc reporting and special assignments
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant analysis of financial information to Supervisor
- Attend weekly meetings with Supervisor
