We are looking for Customer Support Representatives with strong communication skills.

The candidate must have been able to handle the following Job Responsibilities: 

1. Managing a large number of calls

2. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to the users

3. Identify user’s needs and provide resolutions accordingly

4. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of requests and complaints and to determine the possible remedy

5. Provide valid, accurate, and complete information using provided tools

6. Forward cases to relevant departments

7. Follow communication procedures

8. Create a lively relation with users

9. Coordinate with supervisors and team to provide sufficient assistance

Qualifications:

1. Ability to communicate in English and Urdu

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

3. Ability to work under pressure

4. Efficient in follow-ups
