Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Strong communication skills
- Provide accurate information to customers & respond to their queries effectively.
- Resolve customer complains
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Cross-sell & up-sell products and services
Qualifications and Skills
- FA/FSc, diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- 1-3 years of call center experience is a plus.
