| Job Description: |
- Work with Senior Manager Crewing and/or Director to assist with daily operations and strategically plan Crewing initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process of the Ship crew.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Company's policies.
- Monitor Crew staff progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Updating and maintaining the record of ship crew.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
