| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Become a bridge between the Client and Company Resources .
- Work with placement regarding building resumes of resources .
- Understand the services offered and pitch them to the client .
- Work closely with different departments such as Business Development,Sales, Tech Support, HR, Finance and other Technical teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth .
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes .
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's degree ·
- Experience in Client dealing
- Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
- Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
