• To determine the creative concepts and scope for the campaigns.

• To provide creative direction and strategic input to make high-visibility marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies and design team members.

• To provide mentorship to designers and foster an environment of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

• To review design work to ensure brand consistency & quality and to provide constructive feedback to improve output according to the desired time-lines.

• To suggest strategies and design elements for different product campaigns in collaboration with Media Manager, Designers & Sales Managers for better results.

• To make efforts to enhance and create designs to increase engagement & to create style and tone of communication for products/Campaigns.

• To work as a liaison between the agencies, marketing department and regional sales wings.

• To develop BTL strategy to support products/campaigns, region wise.

• To plan & execute/supervise corporate & promotional events, trade shows & exhibitions as desired by the management.

• To make & present, cost estimation and to manage the budget of BTL activities.

• To gather/collect evidences for execution of BTL activities. 

• To maintain professional relationships with agencies, production houses, relevant designated vendors of media industry. 

• To ensure the secrecy of the valued information.
