| Job Description: |
Should be able to understand and execute requirements of assigned projects at good quality
- Assists in developing and improving processes to assist automation
- Should be able to draft and present clear requirements relating to automation projects
- Independent coordination with concerned departments, software development team, and others to ensure project follow-ups and timely completion
- Should be able to review and identify the gaps between requirements shared and delivered/achieved
- Assistance in general day to day HR Operations across the company
- Assistance in HR initiatives and other creative projects/roles assigned.
