| Job Description: |
- Responsible for the on-site operation management of the distribution center, managing, guiding, and supervising the on-site operation of personnel;
- Controlled the operation quality of the operation team of the distribution center to ensure the timely and safe transfer of the parcels;
- Refine the standardization of distribution center operations;
- Summarize and analyze the daily operation data of the responsible team and formulate the overall improvement plan;
- Responsible for safety management during the on-site operation of the team;
- Provide support for operation process, site layout, equipment staffing, and other planning work.
