Job Description:
  • Assist in conducting annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Assist in developing training and development programs and objectives.
  • Giving orientation to staff at date of joining and assisting in credentialing.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Research, design & develop relevant training materials (need based) through audio visual aids like power point presentations, use of training tools & techniques like videos as learning tools motivational activities, role plays, ice breakers, energizers for effective and result oriented training.
  • Monitor & coordinate all OJT (on-job-trainings) conducted from time to time by departments individually.
  • Organize in-house management training events on soft skills where possible and outsource trainings which are technical in nature.
  • Assign work, set priorities, evaluate performance, assesses training needs of team through annual performance evaluation.
  •  Arrange for ongoing (in-house/External) technical training & personal development sessions for staff members.
  • Prepare budgets for training & development and confer with Management for approval of the same.
  • Conduct meetings with Department Heads to discuss staff development issues and bring forth improvements in weak areas through in-house trainings, counseling etc.
