| Job Description: |
PureLogics is looking for an experienced Resource Planning Executive.
A resource manager is the one who helps project managers with planning and allocating resources for a project; determines an organization's demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet staffing needs of projects; assigns employees to a project's tasks; and participates in the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and executing a resource capacity.
- Plan and resource schedules.
- Allocating resources to projects, including assigning the appropriate personnel to job roles within a project.
- Performance management.
- Forecasting the need for new employees for upcoming projects.
- Allocating resources for interviews with clients.
- Providing and building resumes according to the JDs from the client's side.
- Providing and creating Requisition forms for all technical positions.
