| Job Description: |
- Developing moderator guides and designing surveys.
- Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project life cycle.
- Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of strategic goals.
- Responsible for overall project of Gulberg Greens including construction and timelines.
- Involves, as appropriate, the project team to achieve project goals.
- Manages project development on a strategic level for organization.
- Grows long-term relationships with SU & allied departments/campuses and capitalizes on partnership opportunities.
- Ensures that the project planning, scheduling, and allied aspects were incorporated.
- Scope verification and validation for the consultants and allied teams would also be ensured.
- Applicability of the byelaws developed / promulgated by the governing bodies to be followed to ensure projects achieve smooth running towards their targeted completion without any hindrances.
- Overall accountable for project execution and profit and loss of multiple contracts.
- Oversees senior managers and managers working on client engagements within projects and organization.
- Reviews high-level deliverables related to Construction, renovation projects across organization.
- Provides leadership to organization & allied projects in all campuses and hospitals.
- Develops, implements, and maintains sound organizational / departmental practices.
- Develops and implements strategic objectives for department that are aligned with the organization’s strategic initiatives.
- Review’s status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate. Enforces standard policies and procedures.
