| Job Description: |
We are providing customer services for US Citizens.
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- It's Five Days in a Week Job.
- The company will serve dinner.
- One hour is Break Time.
- Up to 30% Appraisal after probation
Requirements:
- The candidate must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- The candidate must be fluent in English and not hesitate to communicate with overseas Clients
- On-the-job paid training will be provided by the company.
- Candidate can work in US Time (7 pm to 4 pm) Night Shift
- Male Candidates are preferred.
