| Job Description: |
We are a truck dispatch company looking for a experienced Dispatcher to join and lead our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in truck dispatch sales and a proven track record of success. We want someone who has all the knowledge from on boarding drivers to dispatching loads and to lead the team. We will offer good commission percentage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing Carriers by speaking with them.
- Making Outbound calls and on boarding carriers.
- Adding Loads into the system (Dispatch Management Software) and assign to Trucks.
- Managing truck drivers schedules and routes
- Submitting Invoices
- Maintaining Records
- Negotiating rates and delivery time lines
