| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should love talking to people and be proactive in solving issues. You will be responsible for converting Leads into long-term Customer Sales.
About the position
Campaign type: Outbound sales
Job timings: Night shift (09:00 PM - 05:00 AM)
Location; Johar Town, Lahore
Compensation ;
- Compensation would be 35,000/- Basic Salary
- 20,000 -35,000 in commission.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience with a reputed Call Center ( OUTBOUND call center experience is preferred )
- Incumbents should have intermediate or above qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Make OUTBOUND calls to leads provided by your team lead and convert leads to Sales.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
Requirements
- Candidate must have proficient English communication skills, customer support Focus, and impeccable English Grammar skills with an English accent of United states is plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
