About the Job:Banera Country Club Bahria Town is looking for an organized Receptionist to provide customer and administrative support for our Club. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome clients, manage appointment schedules, process transactions, and assist with sales. To ensure success as a club receptionist cum cashier, you should possess excellent organizational skills. A top-notch club receptionist cum cashier should be able to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service and support. Assisting with sales, by providing customers with information on promotions, new products and services.
The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, members, visitors and facility are safe and well-protected.
Roles and Responsibilities
The following are the significant roles and responsibilities of Receptionist
- Meeting and greeting client· Ability to calculate cash, sales and change quickly·
- Checking in members and verifying memberships· Arranging couriers·
- Keeping the reception area tidy· Take food and beverage orders·
- Answering and forwarding phone calls· Good with computer and telecommunication system.·
- Have polished communication skills· Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries·
- Monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.·
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.·
- Keep an eye on the facility
