| Job Description: |
- Perform secretarial work and provide senior management with day-to-day administrative support.
- File keeping of important files for senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements of senior management and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Copying, scanning, and e-mailing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Handle telephonic calls lands at Head Office.
- Greet all visitors and ask their purpose of visit and request them to fill visitor’s log sheet.
- Maintain proper visitor’s log, time in/out, purpose of visit etc.
- Follow head office visitor policy guidelines.
- Maintain all courier in and out records.
- Coordinate with (TCS) courier service provider for light/heavy courier arrangements.
- Receive all kind of courier, stamp receiving date and hand them to the respective departments.
- Keep contact details of all stations and H.O staff.
- Handle and route information/complaint calls to the relevant department heads.
