• You should have a listening ear and the judgment to offer appropriate career consultation according to their requirements for study abroad
• Besides, you should be able to assist students in preparing an attractive resume and in gathering supporting documents (Training will be provided)
• You should be able to direct students to skill-building workshops or conduct one-on-one sessions.
• As a Career Counselor,  you should visit different institutes and colleges to offer consultation.
• You should also actively participate in job fairs.
• To excel in this job role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you should be able to guide with strategic career planning.
• A proven work experience in this work area will be an added advantage.
