We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, customer service, and employee management.

Age: 24 or more

Gender: Male

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store is fully stocked with a wide range of textile products specially dyes and chemical.
• Familiar to Textile product definition very well
• Overseeing the training and development of store employees, setting performance standards and providing regular feedback.
• Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

• Having Graduate in any discipline with required experience more than 2-3 years in Dyes / Chemical / Spare parts of Textile industry.
• Proven experience as a store Assistant or similar managerial role in the retail or textile industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software, such as POS systems and Microsoft Office.
