About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relationship management in terms of K–12 institutions, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders to support retention/growth and demonstrating the impact of our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Establishing long-lasting connections with important stakeholders to assist retention, growth, and showcasing the value of our business.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Think ahead and demonstrate your ability to carry out a specific approach.
• Reporting for clients and other stakeholders: engaging with employers and Go to Market strategy to ensure skills/competencies are linked to real-world roles + responsibilities.
• Excel at prospecting for new partnerships and negotiating while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Understand the current market and strategies in the ED-Tech industry.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in Ed-Tech industry related business development experience
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation and business skills.
• Understand business issues in ED-Tech  and identify feasible solutions.
