We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter large amounts of data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify and correct data entered into the system
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Follow established data entry procedures and standards
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments as necessary
• Meet and exceed performance and productivity goals

Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with databases and data entry software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
