- Resource should have experience of 1 to 2 years in accounts receivables.
- Should have the ability to plan the AR and steer it up in an effective way.
- Must know about denial management, appeals, and payment posting.
- Can analyze ERAs & EOBs and when possible, suggest potential remedies
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- May communicate with the insurance and other parties involved in the RCM.
- Good Computer Skills including MS Excel and MS Word.
