Job Description:

We are looking for self motivated individuals with good communication skills to induct in our Medical Insurance and Eligibility Verification Team.

We offer great pay packages along with friendly but professional working environment.

EXPERIENCE: Candidates with previous experience in Medical Billing Industry AND/OR Call Center industry will be preferred.

Candidate should have excellent command over English language both spoken and written English.

Candidates must have good computer skills with past experience in MS Excel.

Job involves two key components; 1- Making enquiry calls or check websites to get information. 2- Entering that information gathered over the call in relevant fields on company portal with complete accuracy and timely manner.

Job Timings: 21:00-05:00 (Night Shift)

COMPLETE TRAINING (except spoken english) WILL BE PROVIDED FOR BOTH ABOVE MENTIONED COMPONENTS OF THE JOB.
