We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales and Revenue Executives. As a Sales and Revenue Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing revenues for assigned corridors. Your role will involve implementing effective sales strategies and optimizing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth.
  • Analyse competitor pricing & exchange rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement pricing & rates strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing & rate models in response to market dynamics and business goals.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.
  • Regularly update the buyer rates in coordination with the treasury department
  • Analyse & implement promotional pricing and rates models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pricing, and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and revenue effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of digital payments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of integrity and ethical behavior in dealing with sensitive pricing information.
