| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, and lithium battery systems. This role requires technical expertise, fieldwork, and a customer-centric approach to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.

Diagnose and resolve faults in solar PV panels, inverters, and lithium batteries.

Replace or repair faulty components to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
2. Technical Support & Customer Service

Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to clients.

Guide customers on system usage, monitoring tools, and safety protocols.

Ensure timely response to service requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of service activities, site visits, and technical issues.

Generate service reports, maintenance logs, and performance summaries.
4. Continuous Learning & Improvement

Keep up with advancements in solar energy and battery storage technologies.

Participate in training programs, workshops, and technical certifications as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in servicing solar PV systems, inverters, and lithium batteries.

Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, wiring, and electrical safety.

Familiarity with major inverter brands such as SMA, Growatt, Huawei, etc.

Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues independently.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
