| Job Description: |

Monitoring & Surveillance
Supervise real-time monitoring of all CCTV cameras. Review footage and respond promptly to any suspicious activities. Ensure all incidents are properly recorded, reported, and escalated.

Team Supervision
Manage and schedule CCTV operators and ensure adequate shift coverage. Train new operators on equipment usage and surveillance protocols. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Technical Oversight
Ensure all CCTV systems are fully operational. Report any faults or malfunctions to IT or technical support teams. Oversee installation and configuration of new cameras.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily logs and incident reports. Provide detailed reports to the management when required. Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage and data.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and privacy regulations. Follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
