Job Description: |
Marketplace Operations & Management
- Ensure accurate, SEO-optimized product listings and up-to-date catalogs.
- Hands-on experience with Section 3 violations, policy issues, and platform warnings.
- Hands-on experience handling intellectual property claims, policy compliance, and appeal processes.
- Maintain and update Brand Registry accounts and enforce brand protection.
Order, Stock & Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
- Manage stock levels across all marketplaces, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for replenishment and fulfillment performance.
- Implement and maintain inventory tracking and forecasting systems.
Reporting & Analysis
- Submit daily performance reports, including sales, traffic, ad spend, and ROI.
- Check issues, risks, and highlight achievement recognition to management.
- Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Identify problems and develop proactive solutions to improve results.
Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization
- Create and execute monthly target plans to achieve growth KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and competitor data to optimize pricing, ads, and listings.
- Lead promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal marketing pushes.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to increase revenue on existing marketplaces.
Strategic Planning & B2B Sales
- Develop and present monthly growth strategies for each platform.
- Build and manage B2B sales pipelines through online and direct marketplace channels.
- Work with large-volume buyers and wholesale partners to close deals and manage delivery.
Brand Management & Compliance
- Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand-aligned creative.
- Monitor unauthorized sellers and enforce brand protection policies.
- Find potential marketplaces and join to new channels.
Reviews Management
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings across all marketplaces.
- Respond professionally to feedback to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
- Analyze review trends to identify product or service improvement areas.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address negative feedback and enhance overall ratings.
