| Job Description: |
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of all FM radio technical equipment
- Ensure smooth broadcast transmission and signal quality in compliance with PEMRA regulations
- Manage studio and transmitter equipment, including audio processors, mixers, and automation systems
- Troubleshoot on-air issues and conduct regular preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with PEMRA and other regulatory bodies for licensing and compliance
- Supervise technical staff and manage shift schedules
- Maintain technical logs, reports, and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with programming team to support live and pre-recorded broadcasts
- Implement safety protocols and ensure backup systems are operational
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in radio broadcasting
