| Job Description: |
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and implementing performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Pakistani labor laws
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and training needs
Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
