We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IELTS & PTE Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students excel in their language proficiency exams. While prior experience in teaching IELTS and PTE is preferred, candidates with the right skills who are open to comprehensive on-the-job training will also be considered. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IELTS and PTE training sessions in alignment with the official test syllabus and guidelines.

• Create customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Track and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, offering constructive feedback to support improvement.

• Provide practical guidance and effective strategies to enhance students’ test preparation and performance.

• Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, and changes in IELTS and PTE testing formats to ensure training remains relevant.

• Cultivate a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages active participation and builds student confidence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong command of the English language, with a solid understanding of its usage.

• Familiarity with IELTS and PTE test patterns, structure, and fundamental components.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, involving travel as part of the job responsibilities. The starting salary for this role is Rs50,000 per month.
