We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing HR strategies, managing daily operations, and contributing to a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs

2. Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact between employees and management

• Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally

3. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisals and feedback processes

• Monitor KPIs and support managers in employee evaluations

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of company HR policies

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions/workshops

• Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness

6. HR Operations

• Manage HR documentation including employee records and contracts

• Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

• Oversee payroll inputs and attendance records

Requirements:

• BBA (HR) and/or MBA (HR) from a recognized university

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting

• Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
